Premium Cross Arm Straps

PREMIUM CROSS ARM STRAPS FEATURES

The Premium Cross Arm Straps are twice as durable with dual enforced webbing and heavy duty stitching. The heavy duty wear pad protects the structural webbing against abrasion and snags. The Premium Cross Arm Strap features a large D-ring and standard size D-ring for pass-thru, this increases the versatility of length adjustment. To shorten the anchorage connector simply wrap the webbing around the anchorage and pass through the large
D-ring.

Cable Anchorage Slings

CABLE ANCHORAGE SLINGS FEATURES

Galvanized steel 5/16” wire Cable Anchorage Slings are used by looping around a beam or anchorage and connecting ends using a carabineer. This convenient anchor point is durable and easy to use. The cable resists wear around sharp edges, but to protect anchorage surfaces a coated cable is available. End point options provide solutions for all your hardware and connection needs.

Extension Lanyards

EXTENSION LANYARDS FEATURES

Extension Lanyards are attached to the harness before use to lower the lanyard attachment point to waist level. Ideal for workers who cannot comfortably reach the dorsal D-ring on their harness.

Rebar Positioning Devices

REBAR POSITIONING DEVICES FEATURES

Rebar Positioning Devices allow workers to lean away from walls while keeping their hands free. Must be accompanied by a harness with side positioning D-rings, such as the Guardian HUV-3 (01110). Free fall must be limited to under 2 feet if not using a fall arrest system.

Positioning device systems are combinations of equipment which are intended to permit the user to use both hands freely while being supported on an elevated vertical surface as in rebar and concrete form work.

Our unit is designed to comply with the latest, most stringent requirements of ANSI A10.32-2004, among which are:
• Chain must be grade 80 and 9/32” or greater
• Overall minimum tensile strength of 5,000 lbs

Although not intended for fall arrest, Guardian’s positioning assemblies have been redesigned to meet or exceed the latest standards when used as fall prevention. All Chain Assemblies come with quick links for easy length adjustments.

Heavy Duty Shock Absorbing Lanyard

5’ HEAVY DUTY LANYARDS FOR FOOT LEVEL TIE-OFF FEATURES

Great for use with the BEAMER™ (00101) or RAIL MASTER™ (00200) and other systems where no overhead anchorage point is available and workers must tie-off at their feet. These lanyards are specially designed to withstand additional free-fall distance while maintaining maximum allowable impact forces for up to a 10-foot free-fall, per OSHA requirements. The HD Lanyard can be used as part of a 400 lbs max. worker capacity per fall arresting system for free falls of 5’ or less.

5’ HEAVY DUTY LANYARDS WITH MONSTER EDGE™ WEBBING FEATURES

Tiger Tail Stretch Lanyards

TIGER TAIL STRETCH LANYARDS FEATURES

Our Tiger Tail Stretch lanyards help reduce trip hazards by stretching from 4½’ to 6’. The stretch design lessens the potential of tripping, dragging and snagging during work. This lanyard has been tested to reduce fall forces to fewer than 900lbs. The shock pack helps create one of the most consistent deployment rates of any stretch lanyard on the market.

The sewn in stretch design eliminates the need for a shock pack making this lanyard lightweight and easy to inspect.
